[News] Winter’s End Festival confirms new dates & revised line up

In a statemnet from their Facebook Page: “The Winter’s End Festival – which was first due to take place in 2020 – is pleased to announce – finally, that we have settled on a new date for the event, which will be from 7th to 10th April 2022 at the Drill Hall in Chepstow.

There are a few lineup changes from the event originally scheduled for 2020 and then 2021. Tickets originally purchased for the 2020 event remain valid for the new date, of course. We are grateful as always to both the bands are our ticket holders for their support and patience.

Unfortunately, Mostly Autumn have a schedule clash and cannot do this new date, but we are delighted that the new-look Karnataka have stepped into their slot. Alongside bandleader Ian Jones the band features vocalist Sertari and keyboard player Gonzalo Carrera. We’ll be working with Mostly Autumn again very soon!

League Of Lights have several overseas members and are not able to participate on this new date, so their place is taken by Cyan who themselves are unable to take up their slot at Summer’s End 2021 due to a scheduling clash. Rob Wilsher and Paul Ford, due to play the Thursday support slot to Seyes are also unavailable for that date, and we’ll announce a replacement in due course.”
