Wolverine Blues was formed in 2011 right after the electrifying “Robustfest Vol.I,” with members from Bluesbreaker, Ethereal Riffian and Wounded. By 2013, the band released their first album “Convict,” where the sound, melody, and compositions were ahead of their time. The album was produced by the renowned sound engineer Billy Anderson. Their 2013 performance at Germany’s iconic Freak Valley Festival was a pivotal moment, and in March 2014, they hit the studio to craft a new EP before going into an indefinite hiatus.
Exactly 10 years later, the EP “Black Pearl” is finally ready to see the world. The two powerhouse tracks showcase the band’s evolution and promise to ignite a fire within, in just 10 minutes.
