German Psychedelic Heavy Rockers Wucan will release their third studio album “Heretic Tongues” on May 20, 2022 via Sonic Attack Records/SPV.
Wucan already released the first single “Far And Beyond” in September 2021, while the second single “Don’t Break The Oath” drops this April 2022. Watch the first video through the YouTube player below:
The band comments: “After spending the majority of 2021 locked up in the studio recording, producing, writing and mixing, we are absolutely thrilled to FINALLY announce the release of our third studio album.
Despite the crazy times and their impact on the vinyl industry, we are excited to tell you that we will have actual real vinyl on our release date!
During the past three years, we, musically speaking, went deep into a self discovery journey, finding out what made us the band we are today and we are more than pleased with the outcome. We took our signature sound pushed it to the next level in terms of songwriting, sound and production.
Just in case you are wondering: Yes, there is another Wucan-esque 12min Prog Rock piece again, accompanied by some hard rock sounds and (of course) lots and lots of psychedelic disco grooves.
We want to thank everybody, who supported us during the pandemic and beyond. Special thanks go out to our sonic magician Max Power, who channeled our vision into its current form.
