01. The Washing Planck – VY Canis Majoris
The Italian duo The Washing Planck, active since 1990 in Monza, blends analog synthesizers, modular systems, digital processing, and improvisation, documenting a personal and uncompromising sonic journey.
Quote from the band:
GaSosTuForGy (short for Grand Socks Through the Forbidden Gateway) is the new release from Italian experimental duo The Washing Planck – Domenico Diano and Matteo Mariano – the result of over thirty years of sonic exploration.
This eclectic and ironically playful album weaves together Berlin-style electronics, retro-prog influences, ambient textures, processed ethnic timbres, drones, and improbable funky twists. The playful, semi-serious tone is a conscious aesthetic choice: each piece avoids rigid structures and embraces the unpredictable, drawing inspiration from sound collage and musique concrète. Featuring seven (eight) tracks, including the multi-part suite “Project B,” the album resists easy classification. It stands as a timeless sound object that plays with musical memory while opening doors to alternative, surreal, yet self-consistent dimensions.

02. creamcheese – Zischenberger
creamcheese is a German solo project combining Rock, Psychedelia, Krautrock, and hints of Stoner, developing a distinctive voice through instruments played and arranged entirely by one musician.
Quote from the band:
What is this? A vinyl LP adorned with a tree and a rainbow on the cover. So its name, Schallplatte, isn’t entirely without reason. This is instrumental music created by one artist who played, arranged, and produced everything himself. It is not to be mistaken for your typical tubular bells style nostalgia. Instead, it is a vibrant fusion: Rock, Psychedelia, Krautrock, touches of Stoner, and flashes of Funk. Expect swirling organs, wah-wah guitars, the whole shebang… It’s wild, unpredictable, and unforgettable – “the craziest bird of them all,” as Harry from Gladbeck puts it. creamcheese moves freely among its influences, referencing them without ever resorting to imitation. The echoes are there, but the voice remains unmistakably its own. Following Abflug (2020), a retrospective spanning a decade of work, this release presents four brand-new tracks alongside Béésh…, a 20-year-old demo that has been completely reimagined. Forty-two minutes of vibrant, powerful 21st-century psychedelic rock – pressed on breathtakingly beautiful, colored vinyl. A collector’s dream, a listener’s delight, and a statement of pure artistic independence.

Quote from the band:
Our opening track “Come Along, Johann” is meant as an abstract tutorial on the twists and turns of life that await the protagonist. And of course, everyone is a protagonist — this one just happens to be called Johann.

05. Conjunto!Evite – Lenticular
From Portugal, Conjunto!Evite combines Progressive Rock with local Experimental influences, composing thematic works that reflect cultural and landscape transformations in the south of the country.
Quote from the band:
“Suite Giacometti is a thematic work about the transformations taking place in the south of Portugal—particularly in Alentejo—and the impact of agricultural industry pressure. Lenticular is the track that brings it all together, evoking dreams of oasis and nightmares of an arid desert, opening with smooth melancholy and closing with a powerful, thunderous finale.”

06. White Feather – Droogies
Dutch ensemble White Feather develops instrumental and experimental approaches, combining progressive atmospheres with surreal storytelling.
Quote from the band:
While finding ourselves perilously lost within spruce high up a Norwegian fjord, we encountered a black goat feasting his eyes unflinchingly upon the sight of our ensemble. A transcendental experience transpired, leading to the instantaneous conception of three musical pieces. Known locally only under the name “FULL RETARD”, the goat has its tale told in the three pieces. This is one of them: “Little Droogies”.
