Bruges, Belgium based Stoner Rock veterans Cowboys & Aliens have released their eighth full-length album “Burn!” on November 25th, 2022 via Polderrecords. Watch the official video for the track “Find You Soon” through the YouTube player below:
On the new studio album, the band mix up their signature Groove Rock with a hard hitting, Dark sound. The result is a record more heavy than any previous release, yet at the same time very Melodic.
Cowboys & Aliens is a four-piece Stoner Rock band from Bruges, Belgium. Formed in 1996 and released 4 full studio albums before falling into hiatus in 2006. The band reunited in 2011 with the original lineup from back in the days of their highly estimated Stoner classic “A Trip To The Stonehenge Colony” (2000) with a brand new EP “Sandpaper Blues Knockout” and gave a hell of a show at DesertFest Antwerp and opened up for Deep Purple (for the second time) at Vorst Nationaal. After playing countless festivals around Europe they released another EP in 2014: “Surrounded By Enemies” that took them once more to numerous stages in Belgium, Holland and Germany. In spring 2019 “Horses Of Rebellion” became the band’s first collaboration with homegrown record label Polderrecords.
Now the time has come for their 8th album “Burn!” released November 25th 2022 on Polderrecords. The album was recorded and mixed by Pieter Nyckees at Shellshock Studio and mastered by Uwe Teichert at Elektropolis Brussels and mixes their trademark Groovy Stoner Rock with a Darker and Heavier sound in such a way only Cowboys & Aliens can get away with.
