Berlin-based neo-Psychedelic Post-Punk collective The Dharma Chain return with their powerful new single “Red Red Red Red Red” released alongside a striking video clip and offering another glimpse of their upcoming album “Some Kind of Pure State,” out June 5, 2026 via Spinda Records (in collaboration with Le Cèpe Records, Clostridium Records, Echodelick Records and Dirty Filthy Records).

Driven by pulsing Krautrock rhythms and the band’s signature wall of reverb-soaked vocals, abrasive guitars and industrial tension “Red Red Red Red Red” explores power, control and the fragile nature of truth. The track reflects on how authority shapes perception and what happens when people begin to question the narratives they’ve been shown.
Originally formed in Byron Bay (Australia) and now based in Berlin, The Dharma Chain have built a reputation for their fluid, collaborative approach and hypnotic live shows across Europe. Their second album “Some Kind of Pure State,” recorded at Funkhaus Berlin and produced by Jonathan Dreyfus, marks a new chapter for the band — more focused, but still driven by the raw psychedelic energy that set them apart.
In 2026, the band will appear at Desertfest, Fuzz Club Festival, Brighton Psych Fest, and Manchester Psych Fest, alongside extensive touring across Europe.
