Polish Indie/Atmospheric Post-Rock band By Million Wires are back after 14 years of silence with their new EP “Not Over,” released May 01, 2026 — now available for full official stream on the band’s YouTube official channel.

Formed in 2007 in Tarnów, southern Poland, By Million Wires built their sound around Melodic guitars, intimate vocals, and Cinematic soundscapes before going quiet for over a decade. Now, with “Not Over,” the band — Mirek Skrok on vocals and guitars, Dawid Moździerz on guitars, Mateusz Ostafil on bass, and Dawid Remian on drums — break the silence with five tracks that the band itself describes as “a journey of atmospheric rock, cinematic soundscapes, and raw energy” and “a record about survival, continuity, and the stories that never truly end.“
Recorded, mixed and mastered by Krzysztof Krupa at Raven Studio in Skrzyszów, Poland, the EP opens with the hypnotic, delay-drenched title-track, moves through the Cinematic weight of “Glass Houses,” the swaying triple-meter groove of “I Know Better,” and closes with the introspective one-two of “Lost or Won” and “Runaway.”
The band states on “Not Over” EP: “Fourteen years after the debut of ‘Letters to the Absent,’ we are breaking the silence. Our latest release is a chronicle of the journey we have taken as a band from dreamlike post-rock to a more mature, alternative form.
‘Not Over’ EP is material that was forged in the shadows. Although the first recordings were made several years ago, we chose to release them only now, feeling that these sounds resonate most fully today. The most significant change is the vocal layer – guitarist and founder Mirek Skrok has taken over frontman duties. His deep, emotional voice perfectly complements the dense guitar textures for which we have been known for years.
This is music full of contrasts, tension-building, and space – but in a more direct and raw version. It’s a record about survival, continuity, and the fact that some stories simply never end.
