Finland’s electrifying Hard Rock force Serpico returns with their brand-new single “Hard as a Cannonball,”, the first sonic assault from their upcoming full-length album “Dressed in Flesh,” set to drop September 12, 2025 via Golden Robot Records. The track and its hard-hitting new music video are available now on all digital platforms.

Fusing the raw grit of Motörhead, the swagger of Guns N’ Roses, and the dark charisma of Ozzy Osbourne, Serpico delivers a sound that is unapologetically powerful, rebellious, and real. “Hard as a Cannonball” sets the tone for what the band promises will be a no-holds-barred Rock’n’Roll rampage.
“This is it – a modern-day David vs. Goliath, like Rocky Balboa against Ivan Drago,” says the band. “Hard as a Cannonball throws you straight into a battlefield, reminding you that there’s no room for fiction anymore. You either stand tall or get crushed.”
The song, recorded fully analog at the legendary Astia Studio in Lappeenranta, Finland, was produced by renowned engineer Anssi Kippo (Children of Bodom), who describes the single as:
“A brash, dangerous burst of old-school Rock energy – no autotune, no editing, just raw passion and attitude. The turbo kicks in, and Serpico goes full throttle.”
Directed by acclaimed photographer and filmmaker Ville Juurikkala (Slash, Steven Tyler, Nightwish, HIM), the music video captures the band’s unfiltered intensity and authenticity.
