On the eve of Christmas many centuries ago, Astrid tells the dark tale of a brave little girl who goes on a dangerous journey in the Northlands to see the “Christmas Man of The North” to tell him of her Christmas wish. She defies expectations and norms, and teaches the old man a lesson or two. This song is dedicated to all of the brave “Astrids” out there.
