Instrumental Stoner/Doom project Guitar Killer, spearheaded by guitarist Ehud Danan, has officially released the live-recorded video for its debut single, “Evil Sunday.” Featuring the thunderous percussion of drummer Lior Izhaki, the track marks a powerful entry into the international Stoner, Doom, and Psychedelic Rock scene.

“Evil Sunday” stands as a testament to Danan’s signature raw, Desert-toned guitar work. Characterized by Heavy, slow-burning riffs and a deeply Atmospheric soundscape, the single showcases a compelling dialogue between Danan’s textured guitar leads and Izhaki’s high-energy, metal-infused drumming. The resulting sound is a massive, hypnotic wall of noise that perfectly bridges the gap between classic Doom weight and Psychedelic exploration.
The live performance was captured in the raw, high-vibe setting of Guy Shosan Studio. Behind the boards, Tom Elbaz handled the mixing and mastering, ensuring the track’s massive low-end and gritty textures translate with maximum sonic impact. The visual companion to the release was filmed by Victor Bezrukov, capturing the intense energy of the performance, with final editing done by Danan himself.
“Evil Sunday” serves as a crucial first look at what is to come from the project.
