“Refractor features 6 tracks of original psychedelic progressive instrumental space rock, ranging from the intense to the blissed out and all points in between.
All the tracks are recorded, played, programmed and mixed/produced by myself at my home studio in Nottingham in the East Midlands of the UK. Guitar is my main instrument, but I very much enjoy sound design and working with synths and music technology. I am sure this is apparent in the music I create with my Head Spin project. I feel so lucky to exist at a time where technology has developed to such a point that I can now get the sounds which live inside my head out in the open air for others to hear.” – Andy Scoffin
