Nine years after their debut “Ura” (2017), Slovenian trio Kormorana is back with “Leto,” a nine-track album released on January 26, 2026. The band from Novo Mesto, Slovenia — Matej Počervina (guitar, vocals, lyrics, flute), Lenart Merlin (bass, synth, computer, saxophone), and Maksim Špelko (drums) — recorded the album live at Lotos Music Studio, Šentjernej. Mix by Merlin & Počervina, mastering by Simon Penšek. Cover art by Počervina, hand-embroidered by Helena Veselič.
Nine songs, all lyrics in Slovenian, rooted in the Heavy Psych, Stoner, Doom, and Psychedelic Rock territories the band has always called home — self-tagged as “Heavy Flying Rockm,” a definition that says everything you need to know.
