Copenhagen, Denmark based Dark Heavy Psych/Doom quintet Lucid Grave published the official music video for the track “Old Spirit” taken from their latest album “Cosmic Mountain,” out on July 15, 2022 via Electric Valley Records. Watch the video through the YouTube player below:
The band comments: “Old Spirit is a heavy psych rock song with influence from the early ’80s punk. The song is about a fast spacy universe in-between two worlds. The song is inspired by the lead singer’s days in the high desert in California. The desert heat is hard on everything and everyone. And the wind still tells stories of the Native Americans, the legends of desert rock, and the military base in the unforgiven sun. Cosmic Mountain is a journey through your favorite drugs of life, the highs and the lows, being chased through the desert and fighting a haze of demons.”
The album “Cosmic Mountain” is available digitally and on four variants of vinyl (Test Press, Solid Yellow, Transparent Red Splatter Black Vinyl, Ultra LTD “Cosmic Edition”) via Electric Valley Records.

Lucid Grave is a dark Heavy Psychedelic Rock band with Stoner-Doomy tendencies from Copenhagen, Denmark. Their haunting inspiration emerges from the 70’s Heavy Rock from like Black Sabbath/Coven/Hawkwind, and to the 80’s Punk scene like Black Flag/The Nuns. They been described as a tribute to the howling occult cinema from the 80’s. In 2021 they released a single called “Surfer Bat” – a bloody upbeat 70’s Heavy Rock inspired song! They went back to the studio in early 2022, to record their first full-length album “Cosmic Mountain.” The album is a journey through your favorite drugs of life, the highs and the lows, being chased through the desert and fighting a haze of demons.
