Official Nektar Press Release:
Dear Nektar fans,
We have an unfortunate announcement we have to make: We are going to have to postpone the December 5th Live Concert Streaming event until further notice.
Unfortunately, a band member has had a possible exposure to the Coronavirus, and must be in quarantine for the next 2 weeks.
So therefore, in the interest of the health and safety of everyone involved, (band, crew, the staff at Bearsville Theater, and our dear supporters, we will be postponing the event until everyone is clear, and the risk of the virus has greatly diminished. (Hopefully very soon!)
To anyone who has purchased advanced tickets, you can have a full refund if you like, or your tickets will be honored when things clear, and we get a rescheduled date to have the concert stream. If you would like to be refunded, please send an email requesting that to nektarmanagement@gmail.com with the name you used to purchase the ticket, or your order number and we will process them accordingly.
But, do not fear, we do feel very badly about having to do this, so we have planned a free of charge “Best Of Nektar Live” from our 2020 winter tour On the same date December 5th for all of our fans everywhere. A link for streaming and more information will be coming soon on that. As you can imagine we have quite a bit to take care of right now. But please stay tuned.
Once again sorry for the inconvenience in regards to all of this, but in the end, safety first.
These are trying times indeed, and we want to wish everyone an enjoyable, and SAFE Christmas and holiday season.
Love to you all, Ron, Mo, Mick, Randy, Kendall, and Ryche.
