Néos Saint Just (Jenny Sorrenti & Tullio Angelini) self-titled album is finally out.
The work represents the natural evolution of the Saint Just project, conceived and directed since the 1970s by Sorrenti herself.
One of the founding themes of this album is its sonic construction, practiced without reservations or canons, aimed at
consistently proposing an attitude of change throughout the duration of the album.
Both vocal parts and musical structures suggest the possibility of a shift “into the dreamlike” and in connection with ritual atmospheres and existential experience.
The CD “Néos Saint Just” features seven unreleased compositions sung in English (except the second track) and also features significant musicians.

The current sounds of Néos Saint Just are dedicated to a more Experimental approach to music and its contemporary vision.
This process of innovation is the core of the new artistic path, which is also the basis of the future goal. The interaction between unconventional sound and possible timbres of the voice will still be reserved for a significant part of the research initiated here. Jenny Sorrenti is an important voice, always gentle and consistent, which does not shy away from the “new” but rather perceives and interprets it with a unique trepidation. This is in keeping with the prospective and decisive role played by thepresence of musician Tullio Angelini, who indicates the direction of the entire project, at times with irregular shifts of sound, at other times oriented toward mutability and fluidity.
