An incredible band, capable of creating complex compositions, made of great virtuosity, of unattainable sound crossings and at the same time capable of breaking the charts: YES were a point of reference for prog lovers and in this book the their golden years, in an obstinate crescendo of compositional achievement. The Tsunami Edizioni designer book will be released on February 24, 2022 in all bookstores.

Between 1969 and 1980, Yes released ten studio albums and two live albums, living and fueling the path that led to the birth and affirmation of Progressive Rock in Great Britain and the rest of the world.
Moving in the wake left by the Beatlesian dream, they travel an original path, parallel but not superimposable to that of other famous bands active in the seventies such as Genesis, Van Der Graaf Generator, King Crimson, Jethro Tull, Emerson Lake & Palmer or Gentle Giant. Their originality, together with their total dedication to music, is the key to their sensational and unexpected success, as evidenced by the more than twenty million copies of records sold in just one decade.
This book tells about the stubborn and inexorable growth of the band: song after song, record after record, concert after concert, from the small clubs of Soho to American stadiums, passing through line-up changes, sudden abandonments and unexpected returns.
The volume is completed by a detailed chronology, the discography of the group relative to the period covered and the biographical cards of all the musicians involved.
