Mexican Psychedelic/Progressive Jazz Rock band Rostro Del Sol unveil the official video for the track “El Ritual” taken from their upcoming new EP “Blue Storm” due out on September 22, 2023 via Stolen Body Records. Watch the video through the YouTube player below:
“Blue Storm” is an EP that consists of 4 songs, 2 long singles like “Blue Storm” and “Kinich Ahau” and 2 short ones like “El Ritual” and “Dark Metamorphosis.” They were recorded and mixed at Rec-On Studios between 2022 and 2023 by Jorge Trejo and mastered by Juan Puget. The cover was in charge of Elena Ibáñez, liminal_light_experience and back cover by Miguel Isidoro.
Formed in 2018 in Mexico City, RDS takes their name from the Mayan god Kinich Ahau, father of music and poetry. Currently formed by Serian, Mitch, Baruch, Israel, Roy and David the band looks to transmit different feelings and sensations through rythms and melodies to the listener.
