The Vancouver-based Post/Rock Metal band Seven Nines & Tens unveil their second single “Throwing Rocks at Mediocrity” taken from their upcoming 3rd full-length “Over Opiated in a Forest of Whispering Speakers” out on January 7, 2022 via Willowtip Records. The album will be available on Digipak/Digital format. The band also published a music video for the track “Throwing Rocks at Mediocrity” available for stream through the YouTube player below:
“Over Opiated in a Forest of Whispering Speakers” still features the sounds on which the band made their name (Post Hardcore, Shoegaze, Progressive Rock, and Math Metal), but features some new stylistic touchstones, such as 70’s Hard Rock, Classic Rock, and more traditional Metal styles.
