Warsaw, Poland-based Stoner/Doom band Smoke Rites publish the official lyric video for their second single “Nothing Never,” taken from their upcoming new album, scheduled for release in September 2025. Watch the video via YouTube player below:

Formed in the fall of 2020, Smoke Rites draws inspiration from legendary names such as Black Sabbath, Sleep, Crowbar and High on Fire, shaping their sound with Heavy, slow-burning riffs and a raw emotional edge.
“Nothing Never” tells a story of indifference, resignation and atrophy. It is a tragedy of a heart of stone and a hollowed-out soul — overcooked, desensitized, and deprived of the remnants of empathy for the world and people. A cry of despair and a warning.
The single was recorded at the Smoke Rites HQ under the watchful eye of Adam Ziolkowski, who also handled mixing and mastering duties.
Smoke Rites released their debut EP “The Rite of the Smoke” in 2021, receiving positive reviews both domestically and internationally. In March 2022, the band entered Santa Studio in Warsaw to record their first full-length album “Total Lung Capacity” with acclaimed engineer Arkadiusz “Malta” Malczewski. Since then, they have performed live extensively, sharing the stage with acts such as Bongzilla, O.D.R.A., Artillery, and more.
The band’s previous single, “Death is a Five Letter Word,” featured a guest vocal performance by Monika Adamska-Guzikowska, vocalist of TOŃ. You can read our full news article on that release here:
