Starlite & Campbell‘s exciting new five-star reviewed Rock album “STARLITE.ONE” is released on September 1st, 2023 on Supertone Records.
“STARLITE.ONE” represents a fresh inspiration lyrically rooted in the storytelling experiences of our shared humanity – from falling in love with your AI companion, the crucial role of voting machines in society, dealing with dementia, the complexities of unreciprocated romance, the dark underbelly of organised religion to a contemplative look at our existence in the context of the universe.
The bespoke collage album artwork was created by Suzy Starlite.
Starlite & Campbell worked with Hugo Danin, one of the finest drummers in Europe, whilst writing, recording and playing everything else. The album was engineered and produced by Campbell. Mastered by Jon Astley and vinyl lacquers cut by Miles Showell at Abbey Road, London. England.
“STARLITE.ONE” will be celebrated by an exhilarating two-week headline UK tour in September/October 2023, supported by a comprehensive radio and media campaign. (The final date of the tour is already sold out).
The album was recorded to be played in two distinct sections as per a vinyl record. Programme A then Programme B with no breaks. On digital this corresponds to tracks 1-5 then 6-9.
