Progressive Rock Journal is proud to announce the official release of “Burning Formula (Vol. 1),” the monumental new compilation from the prolific The Kadeem Ward Project, released on July 5, 2026.
In an era of fleeting musical moments, Kadeem Ward stands as a titan of independent productivity. Operating out of Six Roads, Barbados, Ward has built an extraordinary legacy with over 120 releases on Bandcamp. His latest work, “Burning Formula (Vol. 1),” is a definitive collection of “sonicks” recorded between 2025 and mid-2026, showcasing an artist at the peak of his experimental powers.
The centerpiece of this release is the track “Flame II,” now featured on the Progressive Rock Journal YouTube channel. Clocking in at 06:35, the track is a masterclass in Atmospheric tension and Heavy Progressive layering. It perfectly encapsulates Ward’s signature sound—a seamless fusion of Progressive Rock, Psychedelic Rock, Stoner Blues, and Space Punk.
