Hailing from the city of Bjelovar in Croatia, Them Moose Rush is a Rock band unlike any other. Working in a genre fuelled by pomp and circumstance the Eastern European trio have always done things for themselves, and in doing so, done said things inimitably.

Combining vintage vibes with Math-Rock, Prog and unusual time signatures, their approach to making music explodes with innovation. Directing their own videos, hiding cyphers in songs and rocking harder, faster and stronger than everyone else, Them Moose Rush return this month with “T-Jay,” the first single from their brand-new studio album, which will receive an official worldwide release later this year.

Directed and produced by drummer Vedran Marinko Komlen, the video is both brilliant and bonkers in equal measure, heralding a radical shift in sound, style, and substance – as you might expect – it comes with no shortage of DIY fanfare.

The riff pattern on the song reminded us of honking in a traffic jam,” explains guitarist/vocalist, Nikola Runjavec. “So, a classic Them Moose Rush video brainstorming emerged. The video was done completely in house by our amazing and talented drummer and we recorded and mixed the song by ourselves, as we’ve done with the rest of our new album. It’s DIY and we’re very proud of that.

Chaotically challenging listeners’ perceptions of what a rock and roll trio is truly capable of, “T-Jay” is officially out now on all good streaming services with news of their new album to follow very soon…
