Travo are back with “Wasteland,” the second single and title-track from their upcoming fourth album, arriving on October 02, 2026.
If “Burial” hinted at the band’s new direction, “Wasteland” throws the doors wide open. Built around an Industrial, Tribal-infused pulse before erupting into crushing riffs, chaotic Heavy Psych and towering walls of noise, it offers the clearest glimpse yet of the band’s boldest and heaviest record to date.
As the band puts it:
WASTELAND is our darkest and heaviest track to date. It opens with an industrial, tribal-infused techno pulse before exploding into a borderline hardcore chorus, then spiraling into an intense, chaotic heavy psych jam. The song closes by revisiting the opening techno motif, this time transformed into a towering wall of power noise aimed at the stars. It’s a song about despair with a faint glimmer of hope.
