UK Neo-Prog legends Pendragon have announced a limited run of tour dates for 2026, described by the band themselves as a “whistle stop tour,” as frontman Nick Barrett will be fully immersed in the recording sessions for a brand-new studio album, currently scheduled for release in 2027. Further details on the new material will be revealed at a later stage, but the upcoming shows will offer fans a welcome opportunity to see the band live ahead of their next major touring cycle.
The tour will kick off in the UK on Friday 30th October at The 1865 in Southampton, a brand-new venue for Pendragon, long requested by fans over recent years. An additional UK date on Saturday 31st October is set to be announced soon, before the band return to one of their most beloved European strongholds: Boerderij in Zoetermeer, where they will perform on Sunday 1st November.
Among the most exciting highlights of this run is Pendragon’s long-awaited return to Spain, with shows confirmed in Barcelona and Madrid on 3rd and 4th November respectively. These will mark the band’s first Spanish performances in twelve years, following a previously planned return in 2020 that was ultimately cancelled. The tour will conclude on Saturday 7th November in Dudelange, Luxembourg, at the Opderschmelz, a venue the band visited for the first time in 2024 and immediately embraced as a new European home. Prior to the main tour, Pendragon will also appear at the Kernowfornia Festival in Looe, Cornwall, on 4th September.
The band have confirmed that no further dates can be added to this short tour due to other project commitments, with a more extensive touring schedule planned to support the forthcoming album in 2027.
