While “Wake the Dead” brought an uptempo, punk-inspired energy, “Insomnia” offers a deeper exploration of melancholy, joy and the calmness of night. It’s a song inspired by wide-open spaces and the strange blend of emotions that come with sleepless nights. “It’s about those quiet hours where everything is still, yet your mind is alive with thoughts,” says guitarist Chris. “We wanted to capture the beauty and the chaos of that feeling.”
“Insomnia” is a bold preview of what’s to come on “Easy Way,” which is set for release on December 13, 2024. Produced entirely by the band, the album promises to balance the raw energy of tracks like “Wake the Dead” with the introspective depth of “Insomnia.”
