Opeth have revealed the dates of the North American Tour for early 2020. The new album “In Cauda Venenum” released on 27 September 2019, is having a great success, and the band has planned a tour where will propose old and new tracks. Mikael Akerfeldt says: “Well, after having had the In Cauda Venenum LP released, weāre set to start touring in support of it. Right now, Iām at home practicing. Learning new songs and re-learning older songs. Itās funny how our music lies dormant in the muscle memory. There are songs I havenāt played for years and theyāre still there somehow. I put together the skeleton of a setlist and looking at it thereās some niceties in there. I hope. Hard to tell really. Touring in North America is always a treat. We all collectively look forward to it. Hope you are too!ā Graveyard will support the band on majority of dates.
