Athens-based Progressive Rock outfit Crushed Peanuts have unveiled the officail music video for the second single, “The Presage,” available now on all streaming platforms. The track serves as the lead single ahead of their highly anticipated debut album, “Presage,” set to drop on May 29, 2026.
Formed in Athens in 2018, Crushed Peanuts initially came together as a cover band, channeling their love for Classic and Modern Rock. It was during the global lockdown that the band turned inward, developing their own original voice and laying the foundation for what would become their debut full-length.
With intricate arrangements, dynamic rhythms, and emotionally driven melodies, the quartet bridges Classic Rock roots with a Modern Progressive edge — delivering a sound that is both thoughtful and unpredictable. Thematically, their lyrics explore social themes, reflections on life, and the essential needs of human existence, offering listeners space for both emotional connection and introspection.
“The Presage” clocks in at 4:25 and features guest vocalist Eva Stamati, adding an additional layer of Atmospheric depth to the band’s already expansive sonic palette. The single is released under Peanuts Music.
Keep an eye on Crushed Peanuts — “Presage” arrives May 29.
